Sheri Uhrin has worked at the Ohio School for the Deaf since 1993 as the school’s Transition Services Coordinator, where she assists students in their pursuit of education, employment, and independence after high school. She is responsible for writing and developing individual transition plans with students and their team. Sheri coordinates services as listed on the transition plan. She helps students explore post-secondary education options and links students to resources in their communities. Sheri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and A Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling for the Deaf from Gallaudet University. Sheri established and was the head coach for the OSD wrestling team for ten years.
